To improve the lives of the people of Santa Clara County by providing a sustainably planned and built environment for County services delivery.

What we do

The department serves as an internal resource organization, providing a full range of services to County departments and agencies that offer vital resources and programs to the public. FAF consists of capital planning, design, construction management, operational management, Project management, and lifecycle maintenance/repair of all vehicles and equipment. FAF also leads the Logistics Section of the County's Emergency Operations Center. 

Our goal is to provide quality services that enable County departments and agencies to carry out the County's mission; meeting the needs of a dynamic community, providing quality services, and promoting a healthy, safe, and prosperous community for all.
